Spring and Summer Every Other Day

I'm loving life where it's ALWAYS Walloon O'Clock! There's really nothing more to be said but I'll continue anyway. It's half way through 5th week, which means I am officially half way through the summer.

Wow.

It's really weird to process that I've been here for so long because it sure as hell doesn't feel like it's been that long. Most of my best memories of last year are from about 6th week onward so I'm no too worried, it's more that I'm shocked by how quickly things have been going. I feel like I only just got settled in and there are still a lot of changes in store.

I like living in The Village a lot, but I realize now that the Crib had its perks. The best part about living in the V is probably that I get my favorite view of camp multiple times a day. I don't have a good picture of it yet, but it's standing on the edge of the V with a big flat view of the village, ed center, lake, long barn, and horses. Gorgeous. Our cabin is wicked legit with hammock, couch, and Christmas lights- not to mention EXCELLENT people living there.

I love my Buddies! Ems and I adopted Katherine so now we are a buddy trifecta. Our first Buddy Night was last Saturday and it was a great success, so we'll be having another one tomorrow. They're both completely fabulous.

Nature is finally coming together! This year I'm a lot better and more comfortable in my job, but I think I'm less satisfied by it.If I'm back again next year like I plan to be, I don't really expect to be at Nature, even though there are things that I love about it. I'm loving the drama activities too but man are they TIRING!

This is a William Johnson '09 photo from skits the other night. At this point we're being T-Rexs... you know, if it wasn't obvious :-P

Tanzania is booked and ready...

Switzerland application is out there and I'm waiting...

Puddling is sick :-(

And so here I am.
